State Regent’s Project

As the Mississippi State Society DAR continues to bridge pathways in historic preservation, the State Regent’s Project for the Mangum Administration continues the fundraising efforts for the re-laying of the brick pathways at Rosalie Mansion and Gardens.  This project was started in the Polk Administration and, because of the scope of the work, has carried over to the Mangum Administration.  With your generous support, we will complete our fundraising and begin re-laying the brick pathways so that traverse by guests and Daughters alike can be without trip hazard.  Please note as you look at the architect’s drawings that we will add a sloped brick pathway that will meet the American Disabilities Act guidelines so that our gardens are more accessible to those with impaired walking and disabilities.

If you would like to support the State Regent’s Project, please visit the Members Only Page or contact a MSSDAR member

Thank you for your generous support!

Joyfully Bridging Pathways in
