State Regent’s April Blog Post

Well it’s a fine Spring day in Jackson and as I sit here at my desk looking out toward the lake, I thought I might take a few minutes and share a brief overview of our wonderful 111th State Conference, attended by over 450 daughters and guests. Wow! We were overwhelmed by the attendance!

Reminder of Proposed Cameo Society Changes

Dear Daughters:

Please note that there are proposed bylaw changes for the Cameo Society.  These proposed changes will be presented and voted on at the February 2017 Cameo Society meeting held during State Conference.  For Cameo Society members, please make every effort to attend. The changes are as follows:

1.    Amend the bylaws to allow membership with a deceased relative as was done during the Charter membership year.  (Honoring our past theme.)

2.  Amend the bylaws to allow membership with cousins (any distant, i.e. 9x removed), especially …
